Position Summary:

We are seeking a licensed clinical mental health therapist or equivalent to join our private practice team. The ideal candidate is an independent, motivated professional who thrives in a flexible environment and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, adolescents and/or families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy services to clients in-person and via telehealth.

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Coordinate care as needed with outside providers, including psychiatrists, PCPs, or schools.

• Manage a consistent caseload with scheduling autonomy.

• Participate in optional peer consultation and team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health field (Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology).

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in the state of North Carolina.

• Ability to work independently while adhering to clinical and ethical guidelines.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Comfortable working with couples, individuals, adolescents.

• Specialized training in trauma-informed care.
