  • Our therapists meet with clients in our Charlotte office or online through secure video sessions — whatever fits best with your schedule and comfort.

  • Fee schedule for Self-Pay:

    • Individual sessions $175

    • Couple Sessions: $230/75 min

    • Family Sessions: $260/90 min

  • Yes, we accept Aetna, BCBS, United Healthcare, and Cigna insurances for individual therapy sessions.

  • Your first session is simply a conversation. We’ll talk about what’s been hard, what you’re hoping for, and how we can help. There’s no pressure — just a safe place to start.

  • How frequent you meet with your therapist is highly individualized. We’ll decide together what feels right for your pace and goals.
